Zafety Lug Lock Turbine™
Zafety Lug Lock Turbine™ units were developed to assist in the securing of nuts in situations using a nut and bolt system, stud system or stud and bolt system. Zafety Lug Lock Turbine™ units are installed over two adjacent nuts/bolts, creating resistance between the nuts/bolts to minimize their ability to rotate and prevent them from loosening.
Zafety Lug Lock Turbine™ units reduce the risk of nut loss or bolt loosening, vibration
damage to other turbine parts and more catastrophic outcomes like wing loss.

Installation Instructions
Turbine paragraph here unit locks two joint bar nuts together, creating resistance between the two nuts minimizing their ability to move/rotate.

Turbine Sub Title!
After the joint bars have been installed and the nuts tightened to the recommended torque per required specifications, Railinklock System™ can be easily fitted over two adjoining nuts to secure them. When the nuts are secured with Railinklock SystemTM they will not rotate and will ensure that the joint bars maintain their clamping pressure.
